User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account/personal data using the options below.

1) Self-service (recommended)

1. Sign in
2. Go to Settings
3. Choose Delete account and follow the steps

2) Email request

Email us at [email protected] with:

• The email address used in your account
• Your name (optional)
• Which provider you used (Google/Facebook/LINE) and your provider user id (if available)

Processing time

We typically process requests within 7–30 business days depending on legal and security requirements.
